CARMAX KICKS OFF MONTH-LONG VOLUNTEER EFFORTS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES RICHMOND, Va. (June 1, 2009) - CarMax, Inc. (NYSE: KMX), the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, today kicks off volunteer efforts across the United States to support the communities where our associates live and work. During June, hundreds of CarMax associates are volunteering in teams for non-profit organizations, such as Boys and Girls Clubs, Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.
